This glossary defines the words used on SpinFelt and in fish table and slot apps: wallet, load, redeem, cash out, free play, VIP points, game account, fish table, boss fish, KYC and AMOE. Each entry links to the page where that part of the site lives.

Your account and money

Redeem: Moving credits out of a game back to your wallet. It opens once the game balance reaches 3x the load and stops at 8x the load, with a $5 minimum.
Cash out: Withdrawing money from your wallet. The withdraw screen lists the current methods; ID verification is needed first.
Game account: Your sign-in for one game app, created from that room's page on your dashboard. No agent or distributor is involved. How it works
Agent or distributor: The middleman many fish table apps use to set up logins and take payments by message. SpinFelt replaces that with the dashboard and the checkout.

The games

Fish table: An arcade shooter: pick a bet level, aim a cannon at moving fish and earn credits for what you catch. Fish table games
Bet level: What one shot costs in a fish table. Higher levels cost more per shot and pay more per catch.
Boss fish: The largest targets in a fish table. They take many shots and carry the biggest payouts.
Slots: Reel games. Cash Machine and Cash Frenzy are slots-only rooms; most other rooms mix slots with fish games.
Keno: A numbers game found in Game Vault, Gameroom, Mr All In One and Vegas Sweeps.
Credits: The in-game balance a load creates. Credits stay in the game until you redeem them.

Questions, answered

What is the difference between load and redeem?: A load moves money from your wallet into a game as credits. A redeem moves credits from the game back to your wallet. Cash-out is the step after that: taking money out of the wallet.
