Acceptance of these terms
By creating a SpinFelt account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Eligibility
SpinFelt is available to individuals 18 years of age or older. One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
Where you can play
We do not offer SpinFelt in these states: ID, MI, NV, WA. We check your location from your internet connection when you move money, and a money action from one of these states will not start. You are responsible for following the law where you are.
Deposits and game loads
Deposits are added to your Main Wallet once the payment provider confirms them. Each game keeps its own account and balance, and you move money into a game by loading it. Current load limits and bonus rates are shown on each game's page. Game makers run their own games, and a game may become unavailable.
Cash-outs
You need your ID approved before you can cash out. Winnings move from a game back to your wallet once the game balance reaches the level shown on that game's page. Some cash-outs are reviewed by our staff before they are sent. A cash-out waiting for review does not charge your wallet, and if we approve it you submit the same cash-out again to receive it. If we reject one, your wallet is not charged. We may refuse a cash-out that involves fraud or breaks these terms.
Free Play and bonuses
Free Play is for play only and can't be withdrawn. When you redeem Free Play from a game, 50% comes back to your Free Play wallet, up to the wallet's limit, and none of it goes to your cash balance. Coins have no cash value. Welcome Free Play is one per person and needs an approved ID. Its tasks and amounts are shown on your welcome page, and it closes after the time shown there. Monthly limits apply, and offers can change or end.
Virtual rewards
Coins, XP, VIP tiers, achievements and other in-platform items are virtual entitlements with no cash value unless explicitly stated in a promotion. Reward rules are shown alongside each stream.
Secret codes
We post limited secret codes on our Facebook page and in our Telegram group. Each code gives the stated number of Coins to the first players who type it on the Rewards page before it ends. One claim per player. Free to claim, no purchase needed, 18+ only, void where prohibited. Monthly reward limits apply. Coins from a code can be swapped for Free Play only after your ID is approved or you have unlocked the welcome Free Play. You never need to like, follow, share or tag anything to claim a code. These promotions are not sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with Meta, and by claiming a code you fully release Meta and hold it harmless from liability.
Fair play
Automation, multiple accounts, self-referrals, and exploitation of bugs are prohibited. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
